Nila Rifai is an academic and professional in Management and Business. Graduated Bachelor degree at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Indonesia in 2001. Then graduated her Magister at Management & Business, IPB University in 2009. Doctoral degree was graduated in Agricultural Economic Science at IPB University in 2014. In 2017 she became a permanent lecturer at the Bogor Tourism College.

Besides teaching, she has also become an entrepreneur and professional in several private companies since 2001. Currently she is also making several investments in the tourism business by developing a hotel and resort business in the Padang City.
