Lecturers are one of the professions that have duties and responsibilities in the form of TRIDHARMA for Higher Education. To support TRIDHARMA, lecturers are required to have several accounts related to inputting the lecturer’s performance documents. The accounts are SINTA (Science and Technology Index), BIMA (Research Information Base and Community Service), OJS (Open Journal System), HKI (Intellectual Property Rights), Google Scholar and SISTER (Integrated Resource Information System).
Due to the development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, applications from the Ministry of Education and Culture, especially LLDIKTI IV, allow each service to be connected to each other so that access to lecturer portfolios, lecturer activities, teaching history, research and community service can be seen which ultimately facilitates planning for competency development and lecturer careers. Related to this, LPPM Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bogor collaborated with the Bogor STP Academic to hold a Workshop with the theme “Lecturer Document Input Techniques in various LLDIKTI IV Online Applications” to improve understanding for STP Bogor academics.
This workshop was held in 2 sessions, the first session on July 23, 2022 and the second session on July 26, 2022. This collaborative activity between LPPM and Academic presents speakers who will explain and guide the technical input of lecturer documents on the various applications. The speakers are Nisa Rahmaniyah Utami, S.Pd., M.Pd. explain about PUBLON, Garuda and WoS, Dina Hariani, S. Hum., M.Par. explaining about SISTER, Aditya Sugih Setiawan, SST.Par., M.Par, explaining material related to Google Scholar, Rima Pratiwi Batubara, S.Hut., M.Si, with material related to OJS and HKI and Sekti Rahardjo, S.TP. , M.M. explain about BIMA.
In addition to the material presented by the speakers, all participants were also asked to practice directly the material presented by the speakers. By holding this workshop, we hope that lecturers will gain knowledge and skills in inputting lecturer documents in the LLDIKTI online application.
