Community Service Activity “Socialization of Making Processed Catfish and Products Packaging in Lauk Babakan Village”

Lecturers in their professions have duties and responsibilities to carry out the Tridharma of Higher Education. To fulfill these responsibilities, all lecturers are required to conduct research and community service. On this occasion, Research and Community Service Department of Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bogor, has conducted Community Service activities in Lauk Babakan Village on Saturday, September 24, 2022.

This service activity entitled “Socialization of Making Processed Catfish and Products Packaging in Lauk Babakan Village”. The event was not only attended by the Research and Community Service Department of Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bogor, but we also invited the Bogor Business and Informatics Institute (IBI Kesatuan Bogor) as partners to participate in launching this activity successfully.

In this activity, LPPM STP Bogor presents keynote speakers who provided training to PKK women in Lauk Babakan Village. Thay are Mrs. Nisa Rahmaniyah Utami, S.Pd., M.Pd who gave training about Nugget Making, Mrs. Saleha, S.Pd., M.M.Par who gave training on Shredded Making, meanwhile Mr. Charles Parnauli Saragi, S.I.Kom., M.I.Kom gave training about Packaging Part-1, and Mr. Bambang Hengky Rainanto, S.Pi., MM gave training about Packaging Part-2.

By holding this activity, it is expected will increase knowledge to the community from the training that has been provided, moreover it can be practiced by the community of Kampung Lauk Babakan.
