Recently so many bad news about food poisoning occured in Indonesia. This news will scare the customers who would like to have dining in public restaurants. The food poisoning is normally made by non professional or rudimentary cook who do not understand good practice in the food processing activities.
Chef certificate of STP Bogor will be given to the participant who take and pass 3-months program in a specific menu area. The menu areas which can be chosen in the program are as follows; Indonesian, Asian, western, and halal arabic menus. The participant will also get knowledge about healthy food processing technique and food safety.
This chef certificate can be hung in your resto and it’s therefore able to become the powerful tool of your resto marketing to get more customers.
