Procedures for New Student Registration

A. MAKING AN INITIAL REGISTRATION
Registration can be done through the official website https://pmb.stpbogor.siakad.tech with a fee of Rp. 250,000.

Here are some registration requirements that must be completed:

2. Payment of registration fee of Rp.250.000,- and re-registration is done through the Academic System (SIAKAD).

B. NEW STUDENT ADMISSION TEST
The test consists of IQ Test & Interview Test. Then followed by health and drug checks.

1. The new student admission screening test consists of: IQ Test and Interview Test (Indonesian & English). The entrance test can be done on the same day when registering.

2. Take a health check and drug-free test at the nearest clinic or referral clinic of STP Bogor by bringing a certificate by registering at STP Bogor at your own expense of Rp. 400,000,-

C. RE-REGISTRATION
Re-registration is done by uploading several supporting documents to the academic system.

Re-registration is done by uploading the required documents to the academic system as follows:

1. High school / vocational high school diploma or equivalent that has been legalized original / wet stamped

2. Legalized report card (if the diploma has not been issued)

3. ID CARD

4. Family Card

5. Parent/guardian’s salary/income slip

6. SKCK (Police Record Certificate) that has been legalized

7. Re-enrollment is done by paying tuition fees of 25% (twenty-five percent) of the total tuition fees for a year through the academic system (SIAKAD) STP Bogor.

D. REFUND
If the STP Bogor student resigns with the reason of passing SNBP/SNBT in the same year, the registration fee will be fully refunded with 10% deduction.

If the student resigns from STP Bogor with the reason of passing SNBP/SNBT (with proof of attachment letter from the state university) in the same year when registering at STP Bogor, we will refund the tuition fee that has been paid minus 10% of the total first year tuition fee as an administrative fee. academic (SIAKAD) STP Bogor.

  1. The attached fee includes tuition fees for 2 semesters, credits, building fees, fees, practices, uniforms, accident insurance, and administration of On The Job Training (PKL) for one year.
  2. Fees do not include additional practical costs, study tours, graduation fees, competency test fees, OTJT transportation and accommodation costs, and other costs outside those informed above.
  3. The additional cost of practice is approximately Rp. 50,000 / Practice.
Scholarship

Academic and Non-Academic Scholarships

  • Able-bodied Indonesian citizens, free from drugs.
  • Applicable for prospective high school graduates or equivalent in 2024, or a maximum of 2 years before the academic year of the lecture begins.
  • Registered as a new student candidate.
  • Not currently receiving scholarships elsewhere.
  1. Academic Scholarship:
    Average report card score of 80 per semester from semester 1 – 5.
  2. Non-Academic Scholarships:
    Have non-academic awards such as sports, arts and socio-cultural fields by attaching Certificates, Medals, Cups, Trophies from championships or competitions at the minimum regional level (provide physical evidence).
    ▪ Fill out the scholarship application form attached to the specified requirements.
    The scholarship awarded is the first year scholarship. For the next scholarship is by looking at the student’s GPA and grade weight (GPA> 3.50 and minimum grade weight B) by applying again before the odd semester lectures begin.
