A. CONDUCTING INITIAL REGISTRATION
- Registration is done through https://pmb.stpbogor.ac.id
- The registration form fee is Rp. 400,000. Re-registration is done through the Academic System (SIAKAD) and this fee is non-refundable.
B. NEW STUDENT ADMISSION TEST
- The new student admission screening test consists of: IQ Test and Interview Test (Indonesian & English). The IQ Test and the announcement of the results are available in SIAKAD.
IQ test can be done on the same day when registering. The Interview Test is conducted according to the date provided. - After passing the test, then take a health check and drug-free test at the nearest clinic or STP Bogor referral clinic at your own expense of Rp. 400,000,-.
C. RE-REGISTRATION
Upload the required documents on SIAKAD, as follows:
- High school / vocational high school diploma or equivalent that has been legalized original / wet stamped
- Report card that has been legalized (if the diploma has not been issued)
- ID CARD
- Family Card
- Parent/guardian’s salary/income slip
- SKCK (Police Record Certificate) that has been legalized
- Re-enrollment statement letter
- Re-registration is done by paying tuition fee of Rp. 4.000.000,- through SIAKAD STP Bogor.
D. REFUND
- Students who resign from STP Bogor with the reason of SNBP/SNBT PASS (attach graduation letter from the state university) in the same year when registering at STP Bogor, will be refunded the tuition fee that has been paid minus 10% of the total first year tuition fee as an administrative fee.
- If not in accordance with the above provisions, then there is no refund of tuition fees for any reason.

- The fees in Table 2 include tuition fees for 2 semesters, credits, building fees, tuition fees, practice fees, lecture uniforms, practice uniforms, accident insurance, and administration of On The Job Training (PKL) for one year.
- The costs in Table 2 do not include additional costs for practice, study tours, graduation, competency tests, OTJT transportation and accommodation, and other costs outside those informed above.
- The amount of additional costs is adjusted for each activity.
Scholarship
Academic & Non Academic Sholarship
requirements:
- Applicable to prospective high school graduates or equivalent in 2025, or a maximum of 2 years before the academic year of the lecture begins.
- Registered as a new student candidate.
- Not currently receiving other scholarships.
- Academic Scholarship:
- Average report card score for semester 1 – 5 is 80.
2. Non Academic Scholarship
- Have non-academic awards: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in sports, arts and socio-culture.
- Attach Certificates, Medals, Cups, Trophies from championships or competitions at least at the City / Regency level (provide physical evidence).
- Next year scholarship is available:
- Academic: GPA and grade weighting (GPA > 3.50 and minimum grade weighting B) by resubmitting before the odd semester lectures begin.
- Non-Academic: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in sports, arts, social, cultural, hospitality and tourism.
